Charleston Edge Pet Policy

Charleston Edge loves your furry friends! The pet policy is in place to ensure that our community is a safe and healthy environment for our residents as well as our pets. These policies are strictly enforced, and violation of the pet policy may result in termination of a lease.

Total pets allowed: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Every pet must be registered with the management office.

Pet Fee: A one-time, non-refundable, $300 pet fee will be charged per apartment.

Pet Rent: A monthly $30 fee will be charged per pet.

Pet Size: Not to exceed 60 lbs.

Breed Restriction: The following breeds are restricted from our community: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
